Skywarn Training
Linda Harshbarger, KC9GCH, our ever-busy PIO, has included a list of upcoming skywarn training sessions, in case you are unable to attend the training on March 19th. The list is attached below.
Club PIO Linda Harshbarger, KC9GCH has forwarded a copy of the federal register, which has been amended to eliminate the requirement of five word per minute Morse code proficiency. You can download it by clicking the below link.
Brian Murrey KB9BVN re-scheduled for HF talk at February 17th meeting. Brian will explain how he talks to the world using home brew HF equipment and low power. He says it doesn't take much to make contacts after getting your General Class license.
Brian uses a Tuna Tin QRP rig during the "Four Days in May" QRP event in 2001.
